I have been using UCSC Genome Browser since long time. I have certain queries* to be cleared: * What is the limit of the file size which can be uploaded (i.e., max custom track size). * Is there any other tool/software which can run on the desktop with out need of internet and which is functionally similar to UCSC Genome Browser.
