I have been using UCSC Genome Browser since long time. I have certain queries* to be cleared: * What is the limit of the file size which can be uploaded (i.e., max custom track size). * Is there any other tool/software which can run on the desktop with out need of internet and which is functionally similar to UCSC Genome Browser. (Here is an attachment showing error, Please help me in solving this error).
