Hi Susan,

Another way to download liftOver results is by right clicking on "View 
Conversions" and clicking "Save Link As". From there, you will be able 
to save the results to a file on your local disk. Alternatively, you 
could download  and run the standalone liftOver tool located here: 
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/.
