Hi, Dear Mr/Ms, I have a question about UCSC. When I search a gene, the results showed it have multiple isoforms. They all have different USCS gene AC. number, for example, uc010ftf.1, uc002uxy.1, uc002uxs.1 etc. however, when I click on different isoforms and open the "Description and Open Index" Page of UCSC gene, they all link to a same isoform (uc002uxt.1). Therefore, It lead that I can not use the "Sequence and Links to Tools" to study different isoforms. And the linked tools are very important for our work. Can you tell me what's wrong with it? Any suggestions you might have would be appreciated.
