Hi Dr. Learned, Thank you for your reply. When I reset the UCSC Genome Browser to its default setting, the phenomenon disappeared. I greatly appreciate your help.
Sincerely yours, YuLin ________________________________ From: Katrina Learned <[email protected]> To: yulin sun <[email protected]> Cc: "[email protected]" <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, May 11, 2011 11:30 PM Subject: Re: [Genome] question about description page of UCSC gene Hi Yulin, I am not able to reproduce your observations. Each isoform has its own "Description and Open Index" page, which is what I am observing when I try to reproduce your observation. Perhaps you are using a mirror website that is out of date? If you are using a mirror website, please try this again at our website, genome.ucsc.edu. If you were on our website when you observed this behavior, please try refreshing your web browser and reseting the UCSC Genome browser to its default settings (from the Gateway page, http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway, click the "Click here to reset" link). I hope this helps! Please contact the mail list ([email protected]) again if this does not resolve the issue.
