Hi Shamsher,

I'm sorry, but I am having trouble understanding your question. Do you 
want to obtain a list of only the TSS you are interested in with 
information about the gene? Or, do you want to get a list of all the TSS 
with information about the genes?

Also, can you be more specific about what information about the gene you 
are want your results to include?
