Thank you for your assistance. I have two items.

Item 1
I get the following error when attempting to load to may custom tracks:
Too many open sqlConnections for cache

So I've attempted to break down the tracks into a few groups and load them.
This requires the deletion of the tracks via "manage custom track" to upload
the next batch. Is there an automated way of removing all tracks through
embedding it in the url or the track (format bedDetail) file? I couldn't find
documentation. I want to make it easy for my collaborator.

Item 2
When submitting a track to be uploaded via a url such as below
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks?clade=mammal&org=Mouse&db=mm9&position=chr6%3A128%2C515%2C955130%2C500%2C000&pix=1200&hgt.customText=http://myserver.nih.gov/TrackA.txt";

if I set hgt.customText to:
    http://myserver.nih.gov/TrackA.txt
I get an error that the says it cannot find the server. This is because of the
firewalls that are in place at NIH I presume, so

if I set hgt.customText to:
    file://myserver.nih.gov/TrackA.txt<file:///myserver.nih.gov/TrackA.txt>
I get a message that says the 1st line in the track file has a formatting
problem and that the chrom is case sensitive. Perhaps also a firewall issue
because:

I am able to get it to work if I place it on a computer not contained in a
firewall. Is there a work around?

Again, thank you very much.

Carl
