Hello Carl,

We need a bit more information to try and understand the problem you are 
seeing. How many custom tracks are you trying to load at once (10? 100? 
1000? more?)and what type of track are they (wig, bigWig, bam, etc?). 
Also, are you using our public site (genome.ucsc.edu) or are you using a 
mirror of our site?
