Dear UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Group, I am glad to use the UCSC Genome Browser ,but I have a problem using this browse. I could get the information of GC percent in 5-Base windows, but I do not know how to get the information of CpG dinucleotide,Please tell me how to set the program and make each of the CpG dinucleotide display (it not displays the CpG Islands).
