i am a beginner and i hope you can help me.
Have you a list of all snps for each genome?
For instance, i know that to list the human snps from *UCSC server *i have
launch this input string:
mysql --user=genome --host=genome-mysql.cse.ucsc.edu -A -D hg19 -e '
select * from snp131 where...."
In few words, i need a list like this (if it exist):
rn4 --> snptable
mm9 --> snptable
genomex --> snptable
....
I hope i am clear.
