Hi Archie,

rs1136451 is there, it's just being filtered out by default as it has 
been given a higher weight (less reliable) by since it maps to more than 
one location.

In order to see all SNPs regardless of weight, click into track controls 
(track name link), click on "+" button for Filters, and change max 
weight to 3.
