I'm getting a "Not Found" error from 
http://people.binf.ku.dk/~xiaobei/Teaching/ngs_hg19.txtI, so I'm not 
sure what you are asking.

Perhaps you could either restore the file and I'll take another look, or 
you could further describe what you are trying to do?
