I am Katie Doan, currently working for Sound Choice Pharmaceutical company. I have some questions related to assemblies and coordinates between UCSC and NCBI. I realized that NCBI is using GRCh37 p2 and UCSC is GRCh37/hg19. Are these two assemblies the same? However, the coordinates of a gene between UCSC and NCBI are different. Is there a way to convert coordinates between NCBI to UCSC and vice versa?
