Hi Varun, In order to assist you, there are a couple of things we would like to know:
1. Are you looking for SNPs in introns and UTRs, or only exons? 2. What is your desired output? Nucleotide or peptide (translated) sequences, or just SNPs ids and coordinates? 2a. If you are looking for nucleotide sequences, do you want IUPAC ambiguous bases or just the alternate allele? Please reply to the mailing list at [email protected].
