Hello every one I have a question which might be easy for you guys to tell me as I am new to the ucsc genome browser.
I am currently working on ribosomal protein genes. I want to extract the SNP data of only 80 ribosomal protein genes. So here are my questions. 1. How to download dbsnp 132 which has snps for all available things apart from ribosomal protein genes. 2. After downloading the dbsnp 132 how can i specifically extract only snp data for ribosomal proteins genes.
