I'd like to programmatically download data from the preview browser, using wget, for instance, but I'm having some trouble.
For instance, the page http://genome-preview.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgFileUi?db=hg19&g=wgEncodeUwHistone links to a file "files.txt" whose address is on hgdownload-test, and whose contents are not complete compared to the listing provided on the page above. For example, PANC-1 appears as a cell-type on the above page, and the download button appears to work, but none of the PANC-1 files appear in files.txt. What are the addresses for the PANC-1 files, if I want to use wget?
