Hi Guys, I mentioned that your mouse genome assembling contains two copies of TFF1 gene. One copy is located on chromosome 5, and it is not covered by known BAC plasmid. This copy of TFF1 is in obvious contradiction with the available information ( see for example knockout mouse phenotype). I believe that this is an error of assembling. Can you check ( and if necessary correct) it?
