Hi, I downloaded the tb_phastConsElements46wayPlacental table (hg19) in bed format. The downloaded file does not match with the one displayed in the genome browser view. I find many CNE elements missing in the file I downloaded. Is there a way where I can get the entire data for Placental Mammal Conserved Elements.
