Dear Genome expert: I download liftOver to convert hg18 to hg19. I also download the file "aplCal1ToHg19.over.chain", but when I use the command "liftOver input aplCal1ToHg19.over.chain newFile unmapped", all are in unmapped, in fact, it is not as that. What is the problem?
