Hi,

I saw your problem - it is caused by a security update from apache/oracle.

Galt Barber from UCSC has reported it to apache and you can follow the
report here:

We're having the same problem - and got the same answer.

It is apache not following the standard, but for some reason it seems
that apache disagrees though - so I'm crossing my fingers that this
issue will be resolved somehow.
