Subject: [Genome] question for the Genome Browser team
To: [email protected]

Hi Folks,

Is it possible to use Table Browser to filter UCSC or RefSeq genes by either
1) Gene Ontology code(s) or 2) InterPro/Pfam protein domain code(s)? For
example, I would like to see all of the genes thought to play a role in DNA
repair on 10p.

Thanks,

Brad
