Hi I am trying to fetch the human dna sequence corresponding to the region HSCHR6_MHC_MCF 28994645-28995533 in the Major histocompatility complex using genome browser. These are ensembl coordinates that are not recognized by the genome browser. How can I find the corresponding coordinates used in your database?
