Hi,

        I would like to load a custom GTF file to the browser. It is a GTF file
created by Cufflinks from RNA-seq data. I have tried 3 methods:

Method 1: If I upload the GTF file from my desktop it works fine.

Method 2: If I give the following URL command on genome browser it gives and
error:  "unrecognized format type=GTF"

track type=GTF name="chr22.combined.gtf" description="chr22.combined.gtf"
bigDataUrl=http://helixweb.nih.gov/ftp/pub/nimmi/4cases_5controls_individualLanes_pe_hg19_cuffcompare_withoutUcscGTF_chr22only.combined.gtf

Method 3: If I give the following command on genome browser it does not give
any errors but the track is not seen:

track name="chr22.combined.gtf" description="chr22.combined.gtf"
bigDataUrl=http://helixweb.nih.gov/ftp/pub/nimmi/4cases_5controls_individualLanes_pe_hg19_cuffcompare_withoutUcscGTF_chr22only.combined.gtf

I am not sure why the same file works when I load it locally but does not work
when it is accessed through FTP site. Any suggestions to upload the file
through URL will be appreciated.

Thank you very much.

Regards,
Nirmala
