Hello Colleagues, Please help me in one case. Several years ago I downloaded from NCBI ftp-site file with data of mapping human EST on genome. Each row contains about such record: the number of chromosome, the coordinate beginning and end of the mapping fragment EST, accession number of EST. Today, I couldn't find such file on NCBI ftp-site, and people from "Customer Service in NCBI" told me that they haven't such information. Please, tell me, do you have such kind of data about mapping human EST on genome which i can downloaded? Could you help to show me where it is located? Thanks in advance.
