Hi Mikhail,

The Human ESTs track shows alignments between human ESTs in Genbank and
the genome. For more details, please see the following track description
page: http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?db=hg19&g=est. There are
two ways to download this data: via the Table Browser or directly from
our downloads server. Using the Table Browser
(http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables), make the following selections:

clade: Mammal
genome: Human
assembly: hg19
group: mRNA and EST Tracks
track: Human ESTs
table: all_est (click 'describe table schema' to view a description of
table columns & sample data)
ouput format: all fields from selected table (or 'selected fields from
primary and related tables')

Click 'get output'. For more information on how to use the Table
Browser, please refer to our help pages:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hgTablesHelp.html

To access our downloads server from the main page, click on 'Downloads'
(located on left-side navigation menu). On the following page, click on
'Human' then 'Annotation Database'. This will take you here:
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/database/, where you can
download all_est.txt.gz.

I hope this information is useful and answers your question. Please
contact us again at [email protected] if you have any additional
questions.
