[Genome] Info about CionaIntestinalis2 assembly

To whom it may concern,
I have downloaded Ciona Intestinalis 2 assembly from "Download Page" to make 
some genome analysis.
The genome downloaded is composed by 4390 scaffolds. I would like to know if 
mitochondrial genome is included in one of these scaffolds.
