Hello, Yu,

The table for chromosome bands is available by download,  but it
is quite small and can be downloaded via the Table Browser as well.
Click the Tables link in the top bluebar and set the TB to:

  group:  Mapping and...
  track:  Chromosome Band
  table:  cytoBand
   ouput format:  all fields...
   [get output]

The colors in the ideogram correspond to the banding pattern seen
with Giemsa staining, as described on the details page for the track.
You can read this text by clicking on the Chromosome Band track label
below the Browser graphic.  You can compare the values in the table
to colors you see when you turn on the track in the Browser.
