UCSC Group Hi, I would like to retrieve alternative polyadenylation and splicing genomic coordinates stating chromosome positions from UCSC genome browser for hg18 reference file. I have located transMapAlnSplicedEst.txt and knownAlt.txt at the UCSC ftp site. Is these files mean for alternative polyadenylation and splicing respectively. I would be glad and highly appreciate for your kindness.
