Hi Dan,

txStart = "Transcription start position"
txEnd = "Transcription end position"
cdsStart = "Coding region start"
cdsEnd = "Coding region end"

The UTRs will be the areas between txStart and cdsStart, and cdsEnd and 
txEnd.
