Good Afternoon Joseph: If you can't get what you want from the table browser, you may fetch any gene track from mm10 with command line functions and the MySQL public server:
http://genomewiki.ucsc.edu/index.php/Genes_in_gtf_or_gff_format At this time, mm10 does not yet have the "UCSC" gene track if that was the type of gene track you were looking for. You can get the Genbank RefSeq gene track from mm10. We are working on the new gene track at this time. --Hiram ----- Original Message ----- From: "joseph" <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Sunday, April 1, 2012 7:08:00 PM Subject: [Genome] miRNA from mm10?
