Hello, I am trying to upload a custom .bed file that is .gz compressed and I consistently get the same error. It is:
Warning/Error(s): Can't start query: select genome from dbDb where name = 'hg18' mySQL error 2013: Lost connection to MySQL server during query I have 23 other tracks that are very similar, and none of them give this error when I attempt to upload them. I was wondering if this error gives a hint as to what is wrong with my file. Thanks for any guidance you can give me. Best regards, Scott Scott J.
