It sounds like you are asking what the difference is between phastCons and

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. My question is what is the difference in scores
between the two tables. PhasCons have a lod score which ranges from 1 to
1000 and the other from ucsc track tables give a conservation score
which ranges from 0 to 1. My query is, what is the difference betwwen
these two scores?
