Hi, We are very much interested in using Drosophila Genome and its conservation to other species. At UCSC we see Drosophila conservation 15 species (15way) conservation scores/tracks, is it possible to extract conservation data for species other than insects e.g. editing the BED files or PhastCons files? If yes, what would be the best way.
