Hi,

I try to utilize liftOver tool in linux machine.

I downloaded liftOver executable file from
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/linux.x86_64/.

I run liftover and got ‘Segmentation fault’ with/without input files.

Is there something I am missing or wrong ?

Below is the machine type and error..
