I already found the files for single base scores from PhyloP and PastCons, however no file containing the conserved elements. I searched the UCSC mailing list and came across that at least in former times, such a file existed (e.g. phastConsElements17way) - unfortunately, I didn't succeed in finding such file for the current genome build hg19. Can you tell me whether there is such a file and where I can download it? I already asked the author of the PhyloP paper, and he redirected me to UCSC, since they maintain the data.
