Subject: Range values for phylop scores

Hi,

I have a question on Phylop scores for "placental mammal hg19" that I
downloaded from UCSC genome browser website from here:

http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenpath/hg19/phyloP46way/

My question is:

Is there a range that can be defined for these scores? Are you aware of any
range values?

If not, would it make sense to use the min. and max score across all
chromosomes as the range?

I tried to read about it in the below links, but couldn't find a particular
range for phylop scores

Thank you,
Laura
