Good Morning Laura: The table browser will supply this information to you. Select this table phyloP46wayAll, or one of the other subset tables, in the conservation track, and region "genome", press the summary/statistics button. It takes about 60 seconds to finish the result, but you will see all ranges for all chromosomes and the entire set of data.
