Hello, I would like to just follow up on my question from last week. I looked at the links that were provided to me and they mention how to find data that is upstream or downstream from a CpG island, but not necessarily where the definitions came from. Is there anything in your knowledge that the UCSC browser refers to as a CpG shelf? Please let me know as soon as you get a chance. Thanks again.
