Hi Schraga,

The organism id number is stored in the gbCdnaInfo table, the
id-to-organism name mapping is in the organism table. To get the
organism name for a particular id you can use this SQL query...

select organism.name from gbCdnaInfo,organism where gbCdnaInfo.acc =
'NM_001193784' and gbCdnaInfo.organism = organism.id;

Or using the Table Browser, try:

clear cart
hit "Tables" on blue bar
choose "Other Refseq" track
choose "selected fields from primary and related tables"
hit "get output"
hit the check mark next to gbCdnaInfo in linked tables
press "allow selection from checked tables"
check the organism table
press "allow selection from checked tables"
press "check all" to get all fields from xenoRefSeq table
put a check mark next to "name" in organism table
press "get output"
