Hi,
I recently re-installed my ubuntu 12.04 (64-bits) as well as built up
featureBits again as I did before. But this time the featureBits gave out error
message:

mySQL error 1030: Got error 28 from storage engine

I googled the mySQL error and most said it is because the filesystem does not
have enough space. But this seems not to be my case. When I run dh -f I got:

I am not sure what is the problem. Do you have any thoughts?
I build the program based on kent/src/product/README.building.source. Since I
just need featureBits to work I only go to the step 4 as suggested. I also have
the .hg.conf file under /home/ with three lines:
db.host=genome-mysql.cse.ucsc.edu
db.user=genomep
db.password=password
I am not sure whether this matters.
