I am encountering a new issue when trying to do a batch retrieval of 3'UTRs from the UCSC genome browser.
Typically when I enter a list of identifiers that include both recognized and unrecognized for the foldUTR3 table I get an error message that warns me that some of my identifiers are not recognized but then I am still able to retrieve the identifiers that were recognized. Recently, however when I include an unrecognized identifier, there is some issue that won't allow me to proceed and retrieve the information for the recognized identifiers. Does anyone have any insight as to why I may suddenly be getting this issue and how I can address it?
