Hello Morgan,

As long as some of your identifiers are valid you should still be able 
to retrieve data for them. I was able to do this just now for the 
foldUtr3 table so this appears to be working. Are you still seeing this 
issue? And if the issue is still present are you using our site 
(genome.ucsc.edu) or a mirror of our site?
