I have read in literature / encode that there are reference genomes such as hg19 male, female, full, with mt and so on. I understand male and female and mt what really is hg19full? Does that mean it has both male and female (canonical) and mt or I am undemanding incorrectly . Is it possible to point to me a URL where I can download Hg19full.
