Dear all, I have connected to the ucsc database, as shown on the web help pages, as follows:
mysql --user=genome --host=genome-mysql.cse.ucsc.edu -A However, once connected, there are a lot of databases listed with "show databases". I would like to know to which database I should connect to search the information available on the Table Browser form?
