Hello, I am interested to know more about the definitions of UCSC_RefGene_Group annotation in Illumina 450k chip, it says "body", "TSS200","TSS1500", 5'UTR etc, can you please help me find any documents which describes these terms like what is "body" actually means, is this entire gene from ts-start to ts-end , and how can I define promoter region from these above annotation, does promoter region includes TSS200, TSS1500, 5'UTR, and 1st Exon etc.
I talked with Illumina staff, they referred to look for these in UCSC genome browser as their annotation came from UCSC, can you please little bit explain.
