HI I'm having trouble uploading a bedGraph file to the genome browser, namely producing this error message: Error File 'kinetics-7a.bedGraph.gz' - Error line 2763904 of somefile.gz: chromEnd larger than chrom chrUn_GL456381 size (25900 > 25871) Error File 'kinetics-81.bedGraph' - Error line 598338 of custom track: chromEnd larger than chrom chrUn_GL456383 size (38700 > 38659) Similar errormessages occur using other files that were generated in the same fashion. The data were aligned to mm10 as is my built that I try to upload this to. Previously the upload of files that were generated in the same fashion was possible. So have there been any recent changes that might cause this? Thanks for your help.
