Hi  Katharina,

The error message is telling you that there is a genome coordinate in 
the BED file you supplied that is larger than the chromosome length. 
Make sure you're uploading the data to the mm10 assembly, as chromosome 
sizes will differ between assemblies. If you are still experiencing
