Dear Sirs, I run a script yesterday to build alignments for novel transcripts for mouse and fly using BLAT. The scripts are waiting for a necessary time between queries.
Could it be that the traffic from Weizmann has been closed? or from my server? Unfortunately, today I cannot receive any results. I am double checking now if my queries were two frequent, and I will fix any problem. Thank you very much for your quick response.
