Hi Milana,

If there are more hits than one every 15 seconds coming from your IP, 
our servers will start to delay responses to the IP (see 
http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQblat.html#blat2).  You may also see a 
message saying that your IP will no longer be serviced due to 
exceedingly high traffic.  The delay will slowly decay away if the hits 
slow down or stop.

Could you verify your IP address?  I see that the IPs 132.77.4.43 and 
132.77.4.129, both from weizmann.ac.il, currently have large delays.

You may also want to consider downloading blat and running it locally:
