Hi Dear UCSC group,

I have a list of non coding rna genes from human(hg19) from lab. These are
newly generated data. I need to check co-ordinate of orthologs in other 45
ucsc species ( primates, placental mammal, vertebrates etc). I used
liftOver for this purpose, but it does not provide compatible result with
multiz alignments, which is quite obvious as liftover is not optimized for
multi alignment.

Now i am planning to use TRANSMAP.

1. Is Transmap appropriate for my purpose?
2. Is there any binary for transmap, I can not find it in ucsc site.
3. How to generate list of orthologs in 45 other species in bed or any
standard format for a group of human(hg19) non-coding rnas ?
